NEXIE Productised Services

Build from an established service framework—then create impact in your own field.

Structured education, family-support, professional-learning and community-service frameworks connect The NEXIE Method, practical delivery resources and clear professional boundaries with a defined audience or need. Status labels identify which pathways are licensed, professional, in review or still preparing.

Questions and Answers

Understand Productised Services
before you choose.

Do I need to start a business?

No.

Some Productised Services offer personal-learning, professional or organisational editions that can be used without establishing a business.

The Future Neuropreneur pathway is available to people who want to develop an independent enterprise and deliver an appropriately licensed service commercially.

Can I change the NEXIE materials?

Only where a resource is expressly identified as editable or adaptable.

You may personalise designated fields such as:

  • Your business details
  • Facilitator information
  • Session dates
  • Local referral information
  • Participant-access information
  • Approved audience details
  • Other fields identified in the applicable edition

You may not change the protected NEXIE methodology, core learning, framework names, assessment logic, ownership notices or required scope statements unless written permission expressly allows it.

Can I resell the Service Pack?

No.

Productised Services are not supplied with Master Resell Rights. You may not sell, distribute, sublicense or transfer the pack, source files or individual resources to another person or organisation.

An eligible Licensed Delivery edition may allow you to use specified resources while providing an authorised service to participants. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Can I charge clients for delivery?

Only where you hold the appropriate commercial edition or Licensed Delivery Rights and have met the requirements applying to that service.

You remain responsible for:

  • Setting your prices
  • Operating your business
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance
  • Managing client relationships and payments
  • Meeting privacy and safeguarding requirements
  • Remaining within your professional scope
  • Complying with the applicable licence

Personal-learning and ordinary professional-learning editions do not automatically permit paid service delivery.

Does purchasing a service qualify me professionally?

No.

Purchasing a Service Pack does not provide a professional qualification, registration, accreditation or authority to perform regulated work.

Each pathway identifies the qualifications, experience, NEXIE learning, facilitator preparation, supervision, governance and use rights that may apply.

Where nationally recognised training is required, it is delivered and assessed by the relevant approved partner RTO.

Will NEXIE find clients or employment for me?

No. NEXIE does not guarantee clients, employment, contracts, business income or commercial success.

NEXIE may provide:

  • Enterprise-development learning
  • A Business Blueprint
  • A defined service model
  • Approved delivery resources
  • Pathway information
  • Implementation guidance
  • Future partnership or pilot opportunities

You remain responsible for developing your own independent business, employment or professional pathway.

Can one purchase cover multiple sites?

Not unless the selected licence expressly provides multi-site or organisational rights.

Individual, professional, organisational and licensed-delivery editions have different use conditions.

Schools, RTOs, service providers and multi-site organisations should access the relevant organisational or institutional pathway so the permitted users, sites, delivery methods and resources are clearly documented.

Does access to one service include every NEXIE framework?

No.

Each edition identifies the frameworks, publications, activities and resources included. Access to one Productised Service does not provide unrestricted access to the entire NEXIE Library, other Service Packs or protected professional tools.

Can I combine a Productised Service with my own business?

Yes, where the selected edition provides appropriate commercial-use rights.

Your NEXIE Business Blueprint can help you develop your unique enterprise signature, including:

  • Your niche
  • Intended audience
  • Business identity
  • Delivery environment
  • Complementary capability
  • Customer pathway
  • Operating model
  • Intended impact

The NEXIE framework and protected service content must still be used according to the applicable licence.

Where should I begin?

If you are unsure, begin with NEXIE X.

NEXIE X helps you explore your purpose, interests, capacity and possible pathway before selecting a service.

If you already know that you want to build an independent enterprise, continue into the NEXIE Business Blueprint and Future Neuropreneur pathway.

Existing professionals and organisations may begin through the NEXIE Library, professional editions or Partner with NEXIE pathway.

Purpose. Pathway. Possibility.

Choose your field. Build your capability.
Create your first service.
