A NEXIE Productised Service
Understand how you process. Recognise what you need. Create conditions that help you participate.
A guided, collaborative service that develops a practical strengths-based profile for communication, relationships, learning, stress and participation—without reducing a person to a colour or fixed type.

Understanding before intervention
The NEXIE Blueprint identifies a person's natural strengths and preferred ways of connecting, thinking, learning and taking action.
It does not define or label the person. Life experiences influence how the Blueprint is expressed, strengthened, protected or constrained.
The Blueprint shows the individual's natural developmental pattern. Their experiences shape how that pattern is expressed. NEXIE brings both together.
People are often expected to learn, communicate, work or relate in ways that suit an environment but not the individual. Labels such as unmotivated, oppositional, emotional, withdrawn or disorganised can hide the conditions influencing participation.
NEXIE does not begin by asking only:
“What should this person be taught?”
It also asks:
“Who is this person? What is their unique blueprint? What is influencing their capacity to communicate, relate, regulate, learn and participate?”
SYMBEB then asks how the person experiences the setting and what relational, communicative, educational or environmental conditions may support participation.
The resulting Blueprint is a collaborative working document—not an explanation of the person’s biology or a conclusion about their identity.
A proprietary reflective framework
SYMBEB is a NEXIE educational and reflective framework. The Mind, Heart and Action lenses, Six Social Brains and colour pathways are proprietary tools for guided inquiry and practical communication.
They are not scientifically validated neurological categories, biological brain types, psychometric scales or measures of personality, intelligence, capability or potential.
Within SYMBEB, epigenetic-informed means recognising that development occurs through continuing interaction between biology, relationships, experiences, culture and environments. The Blueprint does not test, measure or infer genes, gene expression or epigenetic markers.
The SYMBEB lens
Everyone can think, relate and act. SYMBEB explores whether particular pathways currently feel more natural or useful in particular situations.
The six pathways are prompts for reflection—not fixed results. A person may recognise themselves in more than one pathway, use different approaches in different environments or decide that the suggested pattern does not fit.
Observe, organise, analyse, imagine, reason and make meaning internally.
Connect, communicate, recognise relational information and process through interaction.
Move, test, apply, respond practically and learn through direct experience.
The colours make the framework accessible. They are not rankings, diagnoses or measures of intelligence.
A developing and contextual Blueprint
People may show preferences, strengths and recurring responses, but these can vary across relationships, environments, roles, developmental stages and periods of stress.
A SYMBEB Blueprint records what the participant and facilitator currently understand. It remains open to correction, development and review.
The Blueprint must not be used to decide who a person is, what caused their characteristics or what they will be capable of becoming.
The purpose of symbiosis
One person may need time to think while another needs dialogue. One may seek emotional acknowledgement while another offers a practical solution. SYMBEB helps people check assumptions, communicate needs and design more compatible environments.
“Give me time to think.”
“Help me feel heard.”
“Show me how it works.”
Understanding difference never requires anyone to remain in an unsafe, abusive or exploitative relationship.
The SYMBEB Blueprint Process
The participant remains an active author of the Blueprint and may correct, decline or withdraw from parts of the process.
For children and young people, participation must be developmentally appropriate and supported by the consent, assent, safeguarding, privacy and decision-making requirements applying to the setting. A child’s views should be sought and respected according to their age, communication and capacity.
A parent, professional, school, employer or support provider must not assign a Blueprint colour to someone without their meaningful involvement.
Clarify purpose, application, participation, privacy, boundaries and the person’s hopes.
Reflect on strengths, interests, communication, relationships, learning, work, values, stress and helpful conditions.
Explore Mind, Heart and Action as a working hypothesis—not a result determined from appearance or one behaviour.
Invite the participant to correct what does not fit and name the language, context and strengths that matter.
Create an accessible, strengths-based profile with practical communication, relationship, learning and support guidance.
Create only the participant-approved summaries relevant to home, education, work, counselling, support or transition.
Revisit the blueprint as the person, environment, role and goals change.
What the participant receives
The participant chooses which application summaries are created and who may receive them. A school, employer or support worker does not automatically need the complete private profile.

Applications across life
Only relevant, participant-approved information should travel with the person. Every setting retains its own professional, educational and legal responsibilities.
Recognise strengths, communicate needs, understand stress patterns, reduce avoidable misunderstandings and prepare for transitions.
Translate interests, communication, processing time, participation, overload signals and helpful adult responses into learner support.
Reflect on overview, detail, dialogue, demonstration, pace, movement, feedback, interests and recovery after frustration.
Qualified professionals may use a shared language for communication, values, relationships, stress and goals within scope.
Strengthen person-centred communication, supported choice, predictability, environmental consistency and participation.
Support voluntary reflection on communication, onboarding, teamwork, feedback, adjustments, leadership and career transition.
For workplaces and organisations
Approved organisational editions may support voluntary communication workshops, onboarding reflection, inclusive leadership and team development.
Participation must have a genuine, consequence-free alternative. Employees should understand what information will be collected, who can access it, how it will be used, where it will be stored and how consent may be withdrawn.
Unless a separate lawful and clearly explained arrangement applies, employers should receive group-level learning or participant-selected workplace summaries—not complete private Blueprints.
Professional applications
Specialist application depends on independent qualifications, competence, governance and the rights attached to the selected edition.
Reflective profiles for communication, relationships, goals and environmental understanding within professional scope.
Translate learner preferences into accessible instruction, engagement and collaboration.
Voluntary team reflection, communication and inclusive workplace development—not selection or assessment.
Person-centred communication, supported choice, consistency and participation.
Recognise strengths, stress patterns, communication differences and compatible routines.
Connect strengths and working preferences with future learning, employment and enterprise exploration.
The SYMBEB Blueprint Facilitator
A facilitator holds a transparent reflective process. They do not own the participant’s identity or turn a working profile into an unquestionable conclusion.
SYMBEB service formats
Personal learning, professional use, organisational use and licensed delivery carry different capability and use-right requirements.
Self-understanding, communication, stress awareness, relationships and development.
Shared understanding across family relationships, routines, communication and support.
Learning, tutoring, education, transition and participation.
Strengths, communication, employment preferences and future pathways.
Voluntary working preferences, team contribution and environmental compatibility.
Application by eligible professionals within their independent scope.
Team communication and inclusive reflection without individual employment assessment.
Authorised delivery using approved resources and Licensed Delivery Rights.

Facilitator learning pathway
Digital pathway
A future experience may support accessible reflection, participant-approved contributions, setting-specific summaries and ongoing review. It must support trained facilitation—not act as an automated psychological assessment.
Privacy-by-design, informed consent, age-appropriate safeguards, accessibility, secure storage and controls against inappropriate clinical or employment use are essential.
Pathway Access
As pathways open, individuals, families, professionals, organisations and future facilitators will be able to access the appropriate learning and service editions. Professional and licensed editions may require additional capability, training, supervision and use rights.
Questions and Answers
Symbiosis Social Brain Epigenetic Blueprint. It is an educational and reflective framework for understanding processing, communication, relationships, learning, stress and participation.
No. It is not a standardised psychometric. Guided reflection, observation and participant validation produce a practical working blueprint.
The framework explores tendencies that may appear early, but does not claim a profile is genetically fixed. Development continues through relationships, culture, learning, experience and environment.
No. Facial appearance, eye contact, gestures or a single behaviour are not sufficient. The profile is developed collaboratively across contexts.
No. It does not diagnose disability, neurodivergence, learning disorders, personality, trauma or mental-health conditions.
Yes, through an age-appropriate process with parent or carer consent, meaningful child participation and careful decisions about what is shared.
Eligible professionals may use the appropriate edition within their existing qualifications, competence and governance. SYMBEB learning does not independently create professional authority.
Organisational participation should be transparent, relevant and voluntary. SYMBEB must not be used as recruitment psychometrics or the sole basis for employment decisions.
Only with informed consent. Setting-specific summaries are preferable because each recipient should receive only the information they need.
Not automatically. Delivery depends on completed learning, relevant capability, the Service Pack and the Licensed Delivery Rights supplied by NEXIE.
No. They are proprietary NEXIE reflection and communication lenses. They are not scientifically validated neurological categories, psychological personality types or biological classifications. Colours support reflection and must not be presented as proof of brain structure or future behaviour.
No. SYMBEB does not test genes, gene expression, epigenetic markers, neurological activity or biological inheritance. Epigenetic-informed learning is a broad developmental reminder that biology, relationships, experiences and environments may interact over time. It does not identify biological causes, predict outcomes or assign a profile.
